3. IF OPEN OR STILL SEALED/DEFECTIVE - CREATE LDR INSPECT ONLY REQUEST

4. DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT - CREATE LDR - INSPECT ONLY REQUES + IMAGES

5. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE NON-RETURNABLE - CREATE LDR - FULL SERVICE

6. IF STILL SEALED WAITING LDR CONFIRMATION. - CREATE LDR INSPECT ONLY REQUEST

7. RECEIVE LDR CONDITION IF DIFFERENT THAN CONFIRMED REQEUST NEW RMA IF THE SAME UPLOAD SHIPPING LABEL FROM OUR SYSTEM
